How We Got Here
Born from firsthand experience
Arizen was founded by someone who has built and scaled businesses in Brazil — not just advised on them. After 15 years of navigating the Brazilian business landscape, building companies from scratch, and seeing firsthand the challenges that SMB owners face every day, we decided to build the consulting firm we wished had existed when we started.
The name "Arizen" combines "arise" with "zen" — the idea that growth should come with clarity, not chaos. We believe that the best business decisions are made from a position of understanding, not urgency.
Based in Presidente Prudente, Sao Paulo, we serve clients across Brazil. Our local presence gives us deep understanding of the interior market, while our network and experience extend nationwide.
